Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Junerox AI website, platform, APIs, and customer support channels. It covers administrators, end users, and visitors who interact with our services.
Information we collect
Account and billing data
Name, work email, organization, role, billing details, and authentication logs when you register or subscribe.
Meeting and operational data
With your authorization, we process meeting audio, transcripts, participant metadata, generated summaries, action items, and integration sync records.
Technical data
Device type, IP address, browser, usage analytics, and error logs used to maintain security and platform performance.
How we use information
- Deliver AI-generated summaries, tracking, and workflow synchronization.
- Authenticate users and enforce role-based access controls.
- Improve model accuracy and product reliability using aggregated, de-identified insights where permitted.
- Communicate service updates, security notices, and support responses.
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.
Sharing and subprocessors
We do not sell personal data. We share information with infrastructure providers, conferencing integrations, and subprocessors bound by data protection agreements. A current subprocessor list is available upon request.
Retention and deletion
Retention periods are configurable by your organization. Upon contract termination or deletion request, we remove or anonymize data within the timeframe specified in your agreement, subject to legal hold requirements.
Individual rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, or port your data. Submit requests to privacy@junerox-ai.com. We respond within applicable statutory timelines.
International transfers
Data may be processed in the United States and other regions where we or subprocessors operate. We use Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards for transfers from the EEA, UK, and Switzerland.
