Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Junerox AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including administrators, end users, and API consumers. Supplemental agreements, such as enterprise order forms or data processing addenda, may apply and take precedence where explicitly stated.

2. Description of services

Junerox AI provides meeting intelligence infrastructure, including automated transcription analysis, summary generation, decision and action tracking, workflow synchronization, and cross-meeting analytics.

We reserve the right to modify features, integrations, or availability with reasonable notice to enterprise customers. Beta or preview features may be offered without warranty and may be discontinued at any time.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

• Administrators may configure role-based access controls within your organization.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• Account sharing outside your licensed organization is prohibited.

4. Customer data and content

You retain ownership of meeting content, transcripts, and operational data submitted to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant Junerox AI a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have all necessary rights and consents to submit Customer Data, including recordings and participant information, and that your use complies with applicable laws and internal policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to access other customers' data or circumvent security controls.
• Using the Service to process unlawful content or violate third-party rights.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or reselling the Service without authorization.
• Introducing malware or interfering with platform availability.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed according to your selected subscription term. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in your order form. Usage beyond plan limits may incur additional charges as described on our Pricing page.

We may suspend access for overdue payments after notice. Price changes apply to renewal terms with at least 30 days' advance notice.

7. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is" except where expressly warranted in a signed enterprise agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Junerox AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim, except for breaches of confidentiality or data protection obligations.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach if not cured within 30 days of written notice. Upon termination, your access ends and we will delete or return Customer Data per your retention settings and our Privacy Policy.
